Description

"Run and Rock-it Kristie" combines the excitement of unlocking new guitar solos with a "find a perfect route" platforming gameplay.

The goal is simple — help Kristie, the main character of the game, get to the show to throw down a spectacular guitar performance, unique to each stage of the game. Of course the road to stardom is treacherous and filled with obstacles, hazards and enemies, so it won't be a walk in the park! The game has a smooth learning curve and lets gamers of any age and experience pick the game up and play.

The title features original artwork, 30 hand-crafted and carefully balanced stages in the initial release, a variety of different lighting, weather and time of year setups and an energetic soundtrack.

The game has no "lives", "energy", "gems" or other artificial timer/currency gameplay barriers and allows players to enjoy the game as often and for as long as they want.

"Run and Rock-it Kristie" is available as a free download on the Apple App Store as a universal app for iPhone, iPod and iPad devices.

History

Run and Rock-it Kristie's our first project created with the Unity game engine and it took us 2 years of on and off development to finish it the way we imagined it to be. Initially it's planned as an iOS exclusive. Based on the acclaim we will evaluate the possibility of porting the game to other mobile platforms. The game was available for download on the App Store December 2015 – May 2019.
